Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Cut Off

We aim to process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days Monday through Friday excluding US holidays. Orders placed before 12 00 PM ET often ship the same day. However, during peak times or due to inventory checks fulfillment may take up to 3 business days.

2. Domestic US Shipping

  • Flat shipping fee of $4.95 per order unless an item is marked Free Shipping

  • Carriers and transit. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and other trusted carriers. Shipping lines may vary by order and destination. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment

  • Tracking will be sent by email once your order ships

3. International Shipping

  • Availability. We ship worldwide

  • Estimated delivery 7 to 21 business days after shipment and may vary by destination and customs

  • Rates and fees are calculated at checkout and import duties and taxes are the customer responsibility

  • Shipping lines may include DHL Express or other carriers depending on destination and service level selected

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Before shipping email help@purely-nutra.com within one hour of ordering to modify or cancel

  • After shipping we are unable to change address or contents. See our Returns Policy for next steps

5. Delivery Issues

  • Delays. If your package has not arrived within the estimated window please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier

  • Lost or damaged packages should be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date to help@purely-nutra.com. We will work to replace or refund once confirmed

6. Peak Season and Holidays

During high volume periods such as Black Friday or the holiday season both processing and transit may be longer. We appreciate your patience and recommend ordering early.
